Custom or Modified Product Returns and Refunds:

• Big Timber structures are only designed to be installed on an existing concrete foundation or footers suitable to support your structure.
• I understand that I am ordering services and/or custom product(s) manufactured to my personal and unique specifications, which can only be cancelled with no penalty during the 48-hour cancellation period after payment. Cancellations beyond this will incur a minimum $1,500 cancellation fee. Returns will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
